We recommend using a sponge or soft brush to care for your products. Dip the brush or sponge in soapy warm water. Then scrub the nylon with the brush or sponge. Rinse the detergent with a damp clean cloth.

If your pooch is a keen swimmer, to extend the life of your collar we suggest rinsing in tap water and air drying after visiting the beach.

How long will standard shipping take?

All our domestic standard shipping is sent via Sendle. Your order is expected to be dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days.

All international shipping is sent via AusPost. For expected delivery timeframe please refer to Australia Post website.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chewy & Co order. If you are not happy with your order for any of the below reasons then we will offer you a refund or replacement item where possible. If this is the case, try and let us know as soon as possible.

- Is faulty or of unacceptable quality

-Does not match the description or the sample is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do)

-Is not delivered in a reasonable time frame
